Accessibility statement
The MOOC (Moodle) Learning Environment of LAB University of Applied Sciences was launched in 2018.
The content of this learning environment must comply with the Directive on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, as well as the Act on the Provision of Digital Services. This accessibility statement assesses only the compliance of the LAB University of Applied Sciences’ learning environment content with WCAG 2.1 guidelines at levels A and AA.

Compliance with accessibility requirements
The LAB University of Applied Sciences’ learning environment largely meets accessibility requirements. Deficiencies in accessibility are listed below.
Development of accessibility
Identified shortcomings in terms of website accessibility requirements include:
- Some images may lack text descriptions (so-called alt attributes).
- Some input fields may lack labels.
- Some quiz question types are not accessible (e.g., drag and drop).
The accessibility of the LAB University of Applied Sciences’ learning environment is being developed based on observations and feedback received. The learning environment largely meets accessibility requirements, but some individual deficiencies have been identified and are being corrected as part of ongoing maintenance and development.
